Samsung Gear S: Microphone not picking up sound

My Gear S microphone is not working

Everything else works great

I have reset the watch back to factory ...still didn't work

I have removed the microphone and reconnected it... still didn't work

I used the voice memo app to record and when i hit playback recording i hear crackling noise.

so i am pretty sure the microphone is bad

however i can not find the part number or the part and samsung is no help at all

any suggestions or if someone knows where i can buy the mic would be greatly appreciated

The back casing of the watch has cracked and will no longer allow the charger to snap onto the back. Is there a way to replace the back casing?

the (non camera) band on my galaxy gear sm-v700 cracked in the back weeks ago & i believe it has finally caused my watch not to turn on,

i replaced the battery about 2 months ago, & it has charged wonderfully, so it's not the battery.

it happened 2 days ago when the crack suddenly become more severe.

now when i press the start button, nothing at all happens...can anyone advise how i can correct this?

I baught a gear s and i tried to pair it with my galaxy S6 and my device doesn't find it in gear maneger... i tried to pair t with another device and still have the same problem... i tried to format it and i updated it from samsung kies still have the same problem???!!
