<title><![CDATA[Samsung Gear S: Microphone not picking up sound]]></title>
<description><![CDATA[<p>My Gear S microphone is not working</p>

<p>Everything else works great</p>

<p>I have reset the watch back to factory ...still didn't work</p>

<p>I have removed the microphone and reconnected it... still didn't work</p>

<p>I used the voice memo app to record and when i hit playback recording i hear crackling noise.</p>

<p>so i am pretty sure the microphone is bad</p>

<p>however i can not find the part number or the part and samsung is no help at all</p>

<p>any suggestions or if someone knows where i can buy the mic would be greatly appreciated</p>

<title><![CDATA[Samsung Gear S: Where can I buy a new band]]></title>
<description><![CDATA[<p>the (non camera) band on my galaxy gear sm-v700  cracked in the back weeks ago &amp; i believe it has finally caused my watch not to turn on,</p>

<p>i replaced the battery about 2 months ago, &amp; it has charged wonderfully, so it's not the battery.</p>

<p>it happened 2 days ago when the crack  suddenly become more severe.</p>

<p>now when i press the start button, nothing at all happens...can anyone advise how i can correct this?</p>
