<title><![CDATA[Samsung Galaxy XCover Pro: Turns off after boot, Samsung XCover pro]]></title>
<description><![CDATA[<p>Have a customer phone that shuts off after boot when the lock screen comes up. The display go black and the status led flashes slowly violet? Have anyone seen anything like this?</p>

<p>FYI</p>

<p>Customer states when he used a damage cable (well..) while charging sparks and smoke came out from cable...</p>

<p>I have tried charging the device (with a good cable) and i get a vibrate indication but nothing more.</p>

<title><![CDATA[Samsung Galaxy XCover Pro: Fixed Dialling Numbers are not calling unless I disable then enable]]></title>
<description><![CDATA[<p>We have multiple amounts of the Samsung XCover 6 Pro devices in circulation.</p>

<p>We are experiencing issues where the fixed dialling numbers will not call after the phone has been power cycled.</p>

<p>The only way to fix this is to disable the FDN and then re-enable FDN where it will call all the allowed numbers, but once we power cycle the phone again the FDN is preventing any call including numbers on the FDN list.</p>]]></description>
