The phone will simply not turn on. I have tried charging it and I have replaced the battery, however these attempts have been ineffective. What should I do to get my phone to turn on?

When the phone is switched on, the start up logo sits there the phone does not boot up?

I cannot gain access to the phone, no matter what I connect the phone too, (i.e. Kies, Smart switch?

Samsung Galaxy Victory 4G: Why wont my phone fully load when power button is pressed?

It freezes at the start up display, however it did display the Factory reset options when I pressed the power, top volume & front home key simultaneously. It then continues to remain stuck.
