After a factory reset, I restarted my tablet and was in the process of reconfiguration. I set up Wifi and the tablet started checking for updates. Then the above error message came up and there's nothing else that l can do. I can't access settings as the tablet hasn't configured itself. It just goes through the same routine every time it's switched back on.

I had the same problem as many others with the flickering, rebooting, not charging of the galaxy note pro 12.2 wifi. So I opened the back cover of the tablet and found the battery connector sitting in place but loose. When I touched it a bit too hard it moved and when I tried to push it back it fell apart. Now I have to replace it completely but can find No information on removing the motherboard. I did find a really good video on your website for the 10.1 I believe but my motherboard has a couple of more cable ribbons attached and I am not sure how to remove them.

Back of tablet near camera gets hot real quick. If it stays on long enough it will reboot or shut apps down

I saw a video on YouTube about the same problem and it shows that the problem is not in a battery. There is a small connector which connects the battery to screen and that has to be changed.

Hi my Samsung Galaxy pro tab sm-T900 wasnt charging but the screen worked. We put in a new battery and charging port and with new charger. When we turned in on you could hear sounds coming from if just no display on a black screen. Any ideas how to fix it? I also was hoping to find a schematic of the inside to identify the video/monitor connections to check and make sure they are connected. Any help would be appreciated.

So i have a samsung galaxy note pro 12.2 model is smp900 and it said it was charging but it wasnt, also it went dead and the problem is that when i try putting in the usb charger into the port of the tablet its hard to put in and it goes in eventuallly but the tablet doesnt respond and its dead. We changed the power charging port following your directions. Great install instructions and no problems. Tablet displayed large green android icon and message "downloading, don't turn off target device." In upper left, displayed message regarding "odin mode." After looking for the answer to that situation, we allowed the battery to completely discharge, then recharged to 100%. Tried holding the power and volume simultaneously. No luck. Still won't reboot and only image now is the full battery. Do you have any suggestions?

My tablet can connect to the router but not the Internet. I checked with a tech person and the ip address is open and working finefine. I even tried a factory reset.
