My tablet is on, but I am unable to use it because my touchscreen is not working. I tried resetting my tablet, but when I turned it back on, my screen was still not responding to touch. Why won't my tablet's screen respond to touch?

When my tablet is off it looks fine no damage whatsoever but when I turn it on it appears cracked half the screen is black and the other half is distorted

the touch controls still work and I'm not quite sure what's wrong with it can it be fixed or am I going to have to buy a new one.

Hi my tablet takes an awful long time to charge. If it completely dead, it's takes about 10-12 hours. Why is it doing that and how can it be fixed. It just recently started doing that about 2 months ago. I've also used different chargers in different places. Could I have damaged my tablet by using it while it charges? I can no longer do that because it still dies.

I am playing videos and music on my tablet, but there is no sound coming out of the speakers. I tried plugging in my headphones, but no sound is being transferred to the headphones either. I tested my headphones on another device, and they worked fine. Why won't my tablet produce sound?

I purchased a galaxy tab off someone on craigslist and when i turn the device on it pulls up a screen lock with pin code and now i can not get ahold of the person that i bought it from (facepalm i know). I tried to follow the factory reset and when i power it on and hold down the volume up it just sends me to the home screen instead of the menu. Any other advice?

Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1: held power and volume button now downloading something/frozen

My son tried to turn his tablet on but held the volume key at same time as power button, a message came up saying if you proceed it will download something so my husband tried to cancel or go back but the only button that would respond to being pressed was the volume key and now the tablet is frozen on a screen with the Android pic and writing in top left corner showing product: GT-P5210, current binary: samsung official and system status: Official

under the Android pic in middle of screen it says downloading do not turn off target.... but has been stuck like this for over an hour with no change.

Samsung support was useless to talk too.

I have a samsung galaxy tab 3. 7" tablet. We bought it from someone and tried to reset the factory settings. It didn't work so I looked on the internet and found how to do a manual reset and reboot. I've done all of this and the screen just gets stuck on the Samsung logo and won't go any further.

Any suggestions on where to go from here?

My tablet keeps shutting down once the battery level falls below 95%, and once it is off it doesn't turn back on unless the battery is fully charged, and I have to try to turn it on several times before it works, when it is off , and I try to turn it on the boot up screen comes on for a while then it just comes off again, I really need help with this , could anyone advise me if this is a problem with the hardware or software of the tablet? And do you have any suggestions on a solution to it?. Your suggestions will be very much appreciated.

Hey,

So, a few years back I snagged a used Samsung Tab S3. She ran like a charm for about five months—surfing, streaming, all that jazz. But then, out of the blue, these weird spots started showing up on the screen.

I brushed it off at first, figured it was a software glitch. But two months later, boom—the screen went completely black. The only buttons that still light up are the ones next to the home button. It's like a total blackout.

Any ideas what could've caused this sudden screen death? I'm pretty bummed since I was really loving this tablet. Any tips or suggestions on what to do next would be greatly appreciated!! Note, I'm pretty sure that I didn't drop it before.
