Samsung Galaxy S II T989: Why is my phone not turning on?

Every time I turn on my phone, it opens for a few seconds then it turns off again, vibrating constantly. I tried charging it but the results are still the same. Help!

For some context, i found my old Galaxy S2 (SGH-T989) in a box, i tried charging it but when it turned on a white line flashed and it blacked out, and anytime i try charging it, i have to hold pressure on the connector. So please if anyone knows what to do, please help.

I downloaded a third party OS but now I have to get rid of it so I can pass my old phone along Unfortunatly I did not back it up though. does anyone know where I can find the gingerbread OS and how you would restore it? Thanks

I was charging my phone early this morning before my game and before i unplugged it, it shut off and wouldn't turn on. Phone was at about 70% at the time and i still can't get the phone to charge. Please help!

I get a camera failure message when trying to use the front camera. I've installed new front and rear cameras, but am now pretty sure it's a camera firmware re-installation that's needed. I just can't find how to do that. I already did a total factory reset, but it didn't help. So, HELP!
