Every once or twice a day when I switch on my phone it just randomly turns on spotify???

My phone randomly opens spotify when I turn it on even when if I closed spotify before I turn it off.

I can't open the SIM holder, it seems to be stuck; how can I remove it to take out the SIM?

So I am trying to do an glass only repair of my S8 Plus. I have taken it apart and removed the glass from the mid frame. Under the glass is a gold film with a ribbon at the bottom. Is this the digitizer? Do I remove the film? I have the glass only do I need to get a glass with digitizer or a whole new LCD? The glass I removed looked tinted the glass I have is clear and it looks just wrong it I put if over the gold film

Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus: Why does my Galaxy S8 Plus randomly shut off?

So this started a long time ago but it was very rare so it never really bothered me. but it has become a problem because it does it almost every day, sometimes multiple times. So out of nowhere it will just shut off. and i am able to turn it back on but as soon as it gets to the lockscreen it shuts right back off. i can keep turning it on as many times as i want but it takes several times for it to get to where it will stay on. or i can leave it alone for about five minutes or so and turn it on and it will stay on. it only does it when im using it, it wont do it on its own while its sitting on a table. it does this no matter what the charge percentage is at but if i plug it into its charger after it shuts off,it will act as if it died and it will show a battery with a lightning bolt in it indicating that it needs to be charged to be turned back on. but its not actually dead. please help!this ssue has plagued me for so long and its continually getting worse. i am considering buying a battery replacement kit from this website because i dont know what else to do. the only thing i can think of that might have anything to do with it is that i have been using a micro usb cable with the usb-c adapter to charge it every night but im pretty sure this problem started before i was doing that.

Hello everyone,

My Samsung S8+ suddenly started to stuck at the boot screen and every force restart, hard reset and wipe cash attempts didn’t solve the problem.

I tried to flash the firmware and the download procedure has done smoothly through Odin, then the phone started normally and I reached the home screen,

but it keeps freezing and rebooting every few minutes (or sometimes it even reboots in the Samsung logo screen), and sometimes it continues to work perfectly for more than 10 minutes but then it freezes and reboots

I tried the safe mode but all the same

ps: the screen was replaced many months ago

SM-G955F

So, I got my hands to a Samsung Galaxy s8 plus. I flashed it to the “normal” ROM, and now it’s working as a normal phone but the cellular service just doesn’t work. Do any of you know a way to get it working?

My s8+ screen is currently broken. It isnt my main phone. What my question is: Can i use a s8 screen on a s8+? I dont care if the touch doesnt work, im just wondering if the screen cable will fit. I have done this one, with a S7 edge I think, I used a s6 or s7 screen on it. It did actually work but the thing it it was really weierd. It showed 2 Small screens ar the top. Atleast I was able to understand what it said. Another question, can I use a USB-C hub that has a hdmi and 2 other ports in the setup? i want to mirror the setup so i can see it.
