Samsung Galaxy S6: Phone restarts about every 30-45 seconds and loops again

I’ve got a Galaxy S6 that I’m restoring. I’ve replaced the battery and screen. At first the new battery was doing nothing and when charging, it would just show a battery emblem with a lightning bolt. I took it apart and saw corrosion on the battery connector on the motherboard. I cleaned that and now the phone goes to the Home Screen and is workable for about 30-45 seconds and then restarts again. I looked and was able to clean corrosion off of the frame power button connection plates and corrosion off of the connectors on the motherboard for the power button. Everything else looks clean. I’ve also wiped the cache and rebooted, tried safe mode restart, and made sure I didn’t see any other corrosion. Could the battery connector on the motherboard need replaced?

Samsung Galaxy S6: Samsung S6 won’t turn on only showing (white led)

I’ve tried most key combos. I’m going to take this explanation from DroidGuy because it matches my exact problem. “I have a Samsung Galaxy S6. I had it hooked up to the charger all night, woke up the next morning, saw that the battery icon was full and green. When I went to turn it on, the whole screen went black and I have not been able to get it running again since. I tried all the troubleshooting there is, still nothing. The only thing that happened is a solid white LED light.“ The phone has a lot of sentimental value to me and it’s not an option to take to the store help?

Samsung Galaxy S6: Phone glitching, Custom OS warning

My phone randomly turned off. I held the power button, the home button, both of them at the same time, I tried the volume up button with the power button, I basically tried every combination of buttons I could, and it was completely blank. I plugged it in and got a battery charging sign, which alternated with the Samsung logo. I tried volume up + home + power button, and it started alternating between the Samsung logo screen and an "installing systems update" screen. I held volume down + home + power, and got a warning screen about a "custom OS" and it said to press the volume down to cancel it or the volume up to continue with it, but whenever I press one of the two it either immediately goes away or does nothing. It is currently stuck flashing between the Samsung screen and the "installing systems update" screen, both of them flash for about one second and then go away for about two (like the logo will flash for a second, then go black for two, then show the systems update screen, then go black, and it continues). It's been like this for about 2 hours. How do I fix it??

Samsung Galaxy S6: Why does my phone keep shutting off at around 50 - 60%?

Hi, about two and a half months ago I decided that it would be time to replace my battery within my S6. I purchased all of the required parts from ifixit and was successful when it came to the replacement process. After following the recommended steps in battery calibration, I noticed that the phones battery life never really got better from prior to the replacement. Fast forward to about 3 weeks ago and the phone now only goes from a full charge to only about 50 - 60% then completely dies. When I go to charge the phone, the phone acts like the other 50% is still there but it just isn’t being used. I’ve already tried factory resetting the phone but that led to nothing. If anyone knows how to help I’d be much appreciated.

Samsung Galaxy S6: Can I swap working motherboard from old phone to another used phone?

Hello,

I have a Samsung s6 G920F (bought from Australia) that I opened up carelessly and damaged the lcd and optimizer screen. I found another model exactly the same on ebay but it is from the UK and was wondering if it is possible to swap the motherboard (working) from my old phone (because I would like to retrieve my old data with sentimental pictures) in to the used phone?

Also does it matter that the new phone is network locked if i change the motherboard, does it mean that it would no longer be locked to the carrier?

TIA

Samsung Galaxy S6: Samsung Galaxy S6 is not turning on

Yesterday I changed the battery of my old S6 and it booted to life. I wanted to save old photos and videos from this phone. After changing the battery I could charge the phone and it even started. But after like half an hour the phone froze and turned of after like 10 seconds. After that the notification led in the top left just turned white permanently. I couldn't start the phone anymore. I charged the phone for a few hours and went to sleep. This morning the white light was off but the phone still doesn't turn on.

Has anyone ever experienced something like this or has some good advice? I tried all button combinations I found online but no response from the phone.

I only need my data from the phone, so it doesn't need to be a permanent fix.

Thank you very much.
