Samsung Galaxy S25 Plus: Phone charges alot in one period but doesnt charge

My battery percentage goes up alot in a very short period of time. Maybe 2 minutes it will be at 50 starting from 0. It happens every couple of months but it gets really annoying thinking your battery charges but dies in 2 seconds when it's unplugged

I have a Samsung S25+. I got it 4 months ago just used it for daily tasks, messaging, etc. 3 days ago randomly one morning i got a message that moisture or debris is in my port. It was clean, as expected. I restarted my phone and it was normal again, charging normally. Today when my phone was at 1% i try plugging it in. It has shown an unexpectedly high charge time ( 8 h and 22m) . I try with other chargers in my house, other outlets. My phone shut down and now whatever charger cable or outlet i use it just shows that it's receiving power but not percentage.
