Samsung Galaxy S22: Galaxy S22 shuts down at 80% battery after replacement

I recently replaced the battery in my Samsung Galaxy S22. However, the phone screen turns off/shuts down every time the battery level drops to exactly 80%. It does not get exceptionally hot before shutting down. I have already tried [list any steps you have taken, e.g., calibrating the battery, checking the connectors, or wiping the cache]. Has anyone experienced this specific behavior with a new battery, and is it more likely a defective part or a motherboard issue?

Samsung Galaxy S22: Strange black screen (working phone)

Hi, yesterday I fixed up my client's Galaxy S22, I had to change the screen, I used an original one, a known working one however the strange thing was that the screen would stop working after putting together the phone but starting working again if the motherboard was just hanging out of the phone, what would you throw a look into to figure it out? I think it's something related to the motherboard or proximity sensor, as the thing would start going crazy in certain angles when the light would just go onto it.

Update (09/23/25)

I forgot to specify, I completly rebuilt the phone, screen, midframe and backglass, the phone had a literal hole trough the old screen

Update (09/25/25)

The screen won't show any image now, the phone is working, it vibrates, charges and sounds are coming from it (notifications and stuff)

Samsung Galaxy S22: Phone not booting into OS after battery and daughter board replacement

Initial Issue

I had a charging port that had stopped working from poor contacts on my Samsung S22 SM-S901E/DS, and I decided to change the battery from using the iFixit battery replacement kit and getting a daughter board for the charging port from an online store. I do have to mention here that the daughter board wasn't a directly compatible version with my exact device model, and it was rather a model suited for the European SKU, whereas my phone was purchased in the Middle East/Asia region. Regardless, I proceeded with the repair, not assuming this would result in trouble.

After the Replacement

Initially, the charging seemed relatively slow, even though it registered as fast charging. I ran the battery calibration suggested, but when I drained the phone to 0 after a full use, the charging from 0 again seemed very slow (only about 30% after about 1.5 hours of charging) again. Using the phone during this period also was incredibly laggy, causing system processes to crash and the phone restarting of its own accord. Regardless, I left it to charge overnight and the next morning, the phone wasn't booting correctly any more.

What I've Tried

I tried swapping the daughter board and the battery back to the original, since I still had the parts lying around, and wireless charging to try and get some power in, and the grey lightning symbol appears indicating that it is receiving charge, but the icon never switched from that to the filling up icon. Eventually, after wirelessly charging for a while, the phone automatically started the boot sequence but after trying for a while, it ended up in Android Recovery mode with a rescue log saying it is unable to start. I've attached the log below, in case someone might be able to provide a solution.
