Samsung Galaxy S21: The Craziest WiFi Problem

My S21 is doing something crazy with my work WiFi. It used to work flawlessly. Now, it connects, but says it is not connected to the internet. BUT...it is connected. I can use every app that needs internet access, speedtest says I'm getting great speeds, etc (yes, I did turn off mobile data). I can use DuckDuckGo with no problem.

The only things that don't seem to work are some of the google services. Chrome, which gives me the not safe screen, and Google Play Store just says error. But, more weirdness, I can't do a search in Chrome, but if I type in a website or click a link it will load. It's just when I try to search that it gives me the not safe screen.

In the upper left corner is the wifi symbol with the little question mark. In the upper right corner is the wifi symbol with the exclamation point.

I've tried restart, reset network settings, forgetting the wifi and relogging into it, pretty much every solution I can find. Because it's my work WiFi, I can't restart the router.

I am the only person that is having a problem with this. And it's really annoying as I don't get reliable cell service in my building, so I kind of rely on it.

Anyone else run into something like this? Any suggestions on how to rectify this?

Maybe sign out/in of all google services on my phone? Just not sure what data I might lose.

I don't have this problem with any other wifi network.

Sorry for the long post, thanks in advance for your help

Samsung Galaxy S21: S21 suddenly stops working

So this morning, I woke up and checked my phone for any messages. My phone was working fine then. I placed the phone on my table upside down and went to use my pc. I heard the phone vibrate as my mom called me, but when I picked it up the screen was just black.

After the missed call, I tried pressing the power button, volume buttons, tapping the screen, and nothing happened. I asked my mom to call me again, and the phone vibrated normally, but the screen did not turn on. I force restarted my phone by holding the power and volume down buttons for 7 seconds, and I felt my phone vibrate. I waited for a little bit, but now it seems that the phone just won't turn on at all. No charging symbol, my pc doesn't detect it, and calls get forwarded.

The phone was working perfectly fine before the first call, and there were no signs of any problems with the phone, I've dropped it a couple of times, never spilled anything on it or dropped it in water. Had the phone for 2 years.

Update: The phone powered on, but screen is still black. Does this call for a screen replacement? I just don't get how it just suddenly stops working minutes after I used it

Update #2: I'm able to control the phone and see the screen with the phone link app on my pc. My phone failed the proximity and face recognition tests.

Samsung Galaxy S21: Why is my SIM card not working?

Hello All, I purchased my Samsung Galaxy S21 (unlocked) in December of 2021. I was overseas on vacation and removed my SIM card to not get random charges. When I returned my SIM card did not work. I got a new SIM card, no dice. Finally, I bought a new phone and put the SIM card in, it works! How can I start trying to repair the problem with my Samsung Galaxy S21 SIM card port or is there a software solution?

Samsung Galaxy S21: WI-FI constantly turning itself off

Okay so I got this phone second hand, it is the Galaxy S21 FE 5g, the wifi constantly turns itself off after about 10-15 minutes on the new ui 6 update, i’ve been through all settings involving samsungs smart connect, and factory reset multiple times. no cracks or outside damage. the bluetooth is fine so I know it’s wifi specific and happens on every network. it’s not my main phone but I would like to invest a little into fixing it, I just don’t know what i’d need to replace or if samsung is still as repairable as it used to be, i’ve had an iphone as my main for quite a while now

Samsung Galaxy S21: Phone powering off when plugging in charger.

Hi,

Every time I try to charge my phone by cable, it powers off completely and doesn't proceed to charging. I've tried multiple cables with different charging power, I've removed dust from the charging station. If I charge it wirelessly it works, but it's painfully slow. What should I do? Should I change one of the parts of my phone?

Samsung Galaxy S21: Screen won't turn on after new display cable / new screen

Hey guys,

I replaced the screen in my girlfriend's S21; the touch was going whacky. In the process of getting the back off of the phone, I cut the display cable with a guitar pick. So I ordered a new one off of Amazon. It is identical to the one that was originally in the phone. Anyway, I put everything back together with the new screen, but I cannot get any picture or touch functionality at all. The screen came from iFixit obviously. What can I do?

Hello, yesterday I replaced the battery for my Samsung Galaxy S21 5g and everything worked well over the evening and night. The second day I connected the charger and it charged from 15% like until 85% and I observed that during charging the battery was heating but mildly. Next time when I wanted to look at the phone the screen wasn't working anymore, started to display rainbow colors like a flicker when I was pressing the power button. then I disassembled the phone again because I thought I didn't connect the LCD flex right. I disconnected from both ends the flex and blow with the hair dryer to remove any impurities from the connectors. when I turned on again the phone the display wasn't showing anything anymore, it was all black. what do you advise me to do and what do you think happened?
