Samsung Galaxy Prime: Screen Separator machine continuously beeps and displays LLL.

Hi, I purchased a new screen separator heating machine. After 2 days of working, When i switch it ON, It displays "LLL" instead of temperature increasing and beeps continuously. I have tried setting different temp. but still no luck. What is wrong with the machine? or am i missing something. Can someone guide me please.

Samsung Galaxy Prime: Why does my phone keep vibrating

I have an old J2 prime and I just turned the knox security on it and it did it's restart and now it's like constantly resetting the screen turns on with no logo vibrates and then turn back off, I have already tried doing the volume button trick nothing I was going to give this phone to my grandpa so he could video call us any suggestions?
