Samsung Galaxy Note10: Short battery life after replacement

So about a month ago i decided to replace the original battery in my Note 10, as it wasn't holding enough charge to last a full day.

I ordered replacement battery straight from ifixit, hoping that a more recently produced one would be less degraded then an original one that most likely sat in a warehouse for past few years.

Well... the surgery was a success and the patient is still alive, but the battery life on a new part is about the same as on the old part....

I'm pretty sure i performed the callibration properly, and my usage habbits are pretty much the same for the past two years....

Could the new battery be more degraded then i thought? Or could it be some user error on my side?

Galaxy Note10 Plus: How to fix the battery temperature sensor? Too cold to charge

The phone was completely charged in the morning then midday I tried to put it on the charger when I got in the car. It said its too cold to charge and it will stop charging the battery until it goes back to normal .. except the phone is not cold at all. Its sorta warm from me holding it. I’ve kept it on the charger since it doesnt necessarily use that much power to stay on without the battery being drained but the battery continous to deplete while plugged in. I’ve seen other posts on why it give that message but no clear way how to fix it.

Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra: Nothing changed after a battery change

The old battery was very weak, over 4 years old at this point, and the Samsung Members app was saying that the battery health is low. So I bought the battery here on iFixit about 2-3 weeks ago, and successfully changed it. First of all did the battery calibration method as prescribed on the box, charged it to 100%, and let it drain, did it a few times. Still nothing changed, the phone kept saying it has 10 hours of battery life at 100% and rapidly going down from there. Samsung Members still said low health, and AccuBattery reports about 82% of battery life remaining. Next I tried resetting the BatteryStats in *#9900# menu, nothing changed. Today a system message appeared saying that the battery is degrading. Seeing that still nothing changed, I wiped the cache from the recovery menu, but it still seems to have done nothing. Has anyone else encountered this and found a solution? I read on XDA that a solution might be in rooting the phone, changing some files and flashing back to stock, so it resets the battery life to 100%, but this seems like a stupid solution to such a simple problem, if it were some other phone i would perhaps do it, but considering it's a Samsung, rooting will make me lose a ton of features I wouldn't want to lose.

Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra: New battery is not recognized as new, same voltage and capacity

Hi!

Problem: Got my new battery for Note 20 Ultra from IFixIt, phone does not seems to notice it have new battery and still charges it to exactly same capacity\voltage point as old one (~4.35v and about 3750mAh, instead of 4.45v+ and 4200-4300+mAh)

What I have tried already:

Recalibration method written on package (discharge to 0, charge to 100 + 2hrs, discharge),

Tried resetting battery stats (*#9900#),

Wipe cache partition and all that. Code *#0228# does not work after some android update...

Tried all tips and tricks from local AI assistant.

Tried to disconnect the battery, boot up using cable, reset battery stats and boot in recovery to wipe cache, then disconnect the cable and wait for a few hours with no power connected to phone circuit.

What I am left with: Nothing works. It just continue to behave like it's an old battery. The only solution seems like - going to Samsung service, but their price for using their software to reset calibration data could be as high as my new battery or even more (that's what local IFixIt AI assistant told me).

There is still factory data reset, but Ai assistant told me that calibration data is probably held in NVM cell that is not accessible by normal user means, (I had same experience with my old Note 4 - data reset didn't help there either)

I don't mind trying service and pay some amount for their help, since that is probably the only way left, just wanted to ask IFixIt for help first...

In the end I put back my old battery, it holds very well still so there is no problems in that regard. Just want to find a way to use my new battery at it's full capacity.

What I am looking for if you have any idea: Any other ideas apart from what I have described already.

May be you had similar experience and you can confirm that going to Samsung or any other phone service working with Samsung phones can help.

Anyways, will be glad to hear any ideas or potential solutions, especially if they are based on your actual experience with similar situation.

Thank you!

Samsung Galaxy Note 4: Can someone please expain whats going on with my Samsung Note Edge

Idk what's going on with my Samung Note Edge so I'm posting in this forum with hopes of reasonable opinion so I can fix it.

So since I've bought the phone, sometimes when the phone sleeps due to inactivity I can't bring the screen up by pressing the power button or home button. The blue LED light flashes but screen stays black. Sometimes it takes several presses of the buttons to get the screen on but most times it doesn't come on. So at first I would take out the battery and put it back in and press the power button, and then nothing would happen, no boot. Put it on a charger, no red LED light or boot. It sat for 28 hours before I randomly pressed the power button and it booted up. Stayed on a few afters and then did the same thing. Did some research and found out if I remove the battery and put it in the freezer for a couple of minutes it would boot up. I did it and it works everytime, but as soon as I'm done charging completely from a low battery and unplug it, and the screen blacks out, I have to do the "freezer method". I know it can harm the phone but right now it's the only option I have. Anywho, can anybody explain why this is happening and why the freezer trick only boots the phone from that state ? I'm going to attach 2 video links I shot of the issue as a reference.

Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra: Wont show logo after (strangely short) 100% charge/Black SCREEN

Hello

I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra.

I went to use it last night and it was flat, that's not abnormal for the phone, not a regular daily situation but not abnormal.

I started it charging. AFTER a bit of online browsing I went to check how far through it was, expecting to see maybe 20-25% and it said 100%.

I unplugged it from charger, attempted to switch it on but it wouldn't switch on (relatively short press on power button did nothing).

Any combination of(no i didn't try them all together) lengthy over 7 seconds, power and down volume OR power and up volume OR very very long power only gets a tactile feedback vibrate but the screen doesn't bring up a logo, it just seems to remain dark.

EDIT: I am not sure if I should be seeing any lights on it elsewhere, if there should be, it doesn't show any. Oh and plugging it back into charger doesn't show anything any more as regards battery.

Can someone please assist, I quite liked the phone and don't want to have to bin it, its also got quite a bit on and its what I use for online spending.
