Samsung Galaxy On5: Samsung On5 Stuck on Powered by android and model screen after water

Ok so after cleaning the motherboard with isopropyl alcohol, the phone charges and the screen comes on but when I try to power it on, it says samsung on5 and powered by android but it is stuck at that screen for no matter how long I wait. I can’t get into recovery but I can get into download mode so I flashed a stock rom and it was successful but when it powered back on, it is back to the original stuck on the model screen and powered by android.

Samsung Galaxy On5: Water Damaged Samsung Camera Flash Flashing After Isopropyl cleaning

Ok so I reccieved this phone as water damaged and when I dismantled it, I put the motherboard into a plate of isopropl alcohol and scrubbed it with a toothbrush and let it sit for some time. Soon, I let it all dry for a little and dried it with a hairdryer on the cold setting and when I put it back together, the camera flash keeps flickering on and off at varying intensities but there is nothing on the screen. This only happens when plugged in and not only on battery. However, with the camera flash flashing, there is nothing on screen. What else can I do?

Samsung Galaxy On5: Camera, Speakers, and Other Functionalities Became Unfunctional

I decided to install a custom ROM to my on5 since it was quite slow. I did install the TWRP recovery, and my phone was still fine. But, after I installed a custom ROM, my camera, speakers, microphone, and the vibration motor became unfunctional. I did not backup the stock ROM. Where can I find the stock ROM? I need the phone to become back to functional condition. My model number is SM-G550T, and the phone is from T-Mobile.
