Samsung Galaxy Note Pro 12.2: Tablet powers on but no picture displayed

I have a Galaxy Note Pro 12.2 which has issues with the display.

Power seems very intermittent. Sometimes when powering on the device, the bottom buttons light up and there is even a burst of music. Other times nothing. Occasionally areas of the display seem to flash a lighter colour, but there is no consistent image output.

I've taken the back off. There is some scratching to the black flat cable from the charging port to the centre of the board. Otherwise nothing obviously damaged or loose.

Any suggestions on how to further diagnose or fix the fault please? Thanks.

Samsung Galaxy Note Pro 12.2: Tablet will only charge when off and even then EXTREMELY slow. Ideas?

Bought my 12.2 brand new, always been in a case. Then it started only taking a charge when shut off, but seemed to charge okay. Now it takes a full day to charge from 0 to 100%. I really don't want to buy a new tablet as none on the market have this screen, etc. Any help is appreciated in advance.

Samsung Galaxy Note Pro 12.2: Samsung Galaxy Note Pro 12.2 won't go past Samsung logo to reboot

I have just replaced the battery pack, charging port and ribbon on my Samsung Galaxy Note Pro 12.2 device as I had been having screen flicker, random reboot and charging problems (God bless utube tutorials!) This seems to have solved the charging problem as I was able to charge the new battery successfully (still without turning it back on)

However, whilst I was doing the repair, I also disconnected the LCD ribbon cable in an effort to make sure that it was seated correctly in both ribbon connectors as I had seen that sometimes the bottom connector (under the tape) snaps up after tablet has been knocked (which mine has)which causes other issues.

I found it quite difficult to get the LCD ribbon back into the holders and had to flex and bend it quite a bit in the process. Now when I switch on the device it knows what it is (as Samsung Galaxy Note Pro 12.2 appears on the screen) then it goes to the Samsung logo but won’t boot up past this point. I can also display the odin(?) screen when I press the on and sound buttons together. I can also cancel the odin screen with the sound button.

Any ideas what I should do next? Or should I just end my foolish endeavours and take it to someone who knows what they are doing with these devices. Am hoping I haven’t totalled it with my fiddling!

Any helpful suggestions gratefully received.

Many thanks’

Samsung Galaxy Note Pro 12.2: Endless bootloop until dead.

My mother has had many problems with her 12.2 inch tablet including a flashing screen, overheating, spontaneous crashes, lag in simple games, and finally (the last nail in the coffin) continuous and uninterruptible boot loops. From the moment it is plugged in to the moment it runs out of power again, it loops the Samsung logo. If given enough juice to loop for a while, the screen flashes and the battery/CPU gets very hot. We're hoping a repair will be cheaper than purchasing another brand new.

Samsung Galaxy Note Pro 12.2: My tablet will not turn on after some DIY repairs

My tablet had screen flickering issues and after some research, I decided to unplug the battery and reconnect. Little did I know that the battery connector on the motherboard breaks off super easy. So then my only option was to re-solder the pins to the connectors, which I did but it still won't turn on. Some of the connectors won't accept the solder so I super-glued them, but still nothing. Any advice would be great, I called UbreakIfix and they said the base cost of repair would be over $300, which I cannot afford. Should I call Samsung? Thank you for any help.
