Samsung Galaxy Note5: Phone shutting off by itself upon unplug. Need assisstence. HELP!

Hello,

My Samsung Note 5 is working fine till today. For some reason, once I unplug the charger, my phone will shut down by itself. However, when I plug in again, I can on it with no problem. By the way, I have fast charging but it’s charging slower than normal though it still says fast charge. (It takes around 10min to charge 1 min). Tried pressing the back of my phone (push battery back) and also plugging to phone but unplugged from output. Anyone has any ideas on how I can fix it? Or must I replace a new battery? If it is the battery’s problem, may I know which part is broken?

Samsung Galaxy Note5: Note 5 No Power, Won't Boot, Won't Charge

I have a note 5 that has never been water damaged and never seen any condensation at all, I have only used the original power adapter and USB cable that came with the phone, and a few days ago the Note 5 died and would not turn back on. Left it on the charger for a while and still would not give any indication of charging or any signs of life at all. I have repaired countless Note 5's and never seen this before so I decided to take it apart. Used a volt meter to check the voltage of the battery which read 2.87 Volts, which is dangerously low. Next I checked to see that the phone is dispersing power correctly by checking the positive and negative battery terminals on the motherboard while I had the phone plugged in, and it read 4.24 Volts, which is good since phone batteries need 4-5 volts to charge, so the problem does not appear to be the dock connector and doesn's seem to be the motherboard, but I have already tried replacing the battery with ones that work in every other Note 5 that I have.

I also cannot boot into recovery or download mode.

There is zero physical damage, no dents or cracks and the AMOLED is in perfect shape.

Cannot even get the notification light to turn on under any circumstance.

Any suggestions?

question: how to find the suitable firmware for my note 5 knowing that when downgrade the phone do not accept any frimware exept its suitable one?!

Samsung Galaxy Note5: I dropped my Galaxy Note 5 in water.

I didn't want to purchase my Galaxy Note 5 due to fixed SD Card & battery but esp. SD card. 1st time dropped a cell phone in H20~4" of clear water, top up & pulled out quickly, LCD screen flashed on/off a few times, (there were minor scratches, tiny outside edge chips before dropped) the front face went black. I did not have any rice so I used a cool setting on a blow-dryer a few minutes on sides. I took it to Best Buy (where I bought it) and we hooked it up to my computer to charge it and the green light at the top was on the whole time but still black face so couldn't access it or download Samsung Smart Switch software. A good thing green light was on, a sign the SD card probably was OK. I have insurance but only get it replaced. 5 hrs later, I put it in rice for 48 hrs. and after charging, no green light shows up. I had phone deactivated & activated my old Note 2. so still want to retrieve contacts, photos and data. It is a cumbersome phone to take apart to gain access to my SD card only "Just-in-Case" it works but worth a try...not $300.00 worth so help? I've seen 3 YouTube videos to take it apart and not one of those show which part is the SD Card and if we can easily take if off the mother board and method of accessing it??? HELP!!! Katherine

Samsung Galaxy Note5: When I'm on speaker phone the caller can't hear me but I can hear them

I just replaced my LCD on my Note 5 and it works but now I've run into two issues: during a call if I press speaker and leave the phone on a table I can hear the caller but when I speak they cannot hear me. If I bring it up to my ear like a regular call then everything is fine and clear.

Also when I'm in my car the Bluetooth will not work. It connects but volume is so low even with all volumes turned up. Wasn't like this before the repair.
