Samsung Galaxy Note: Call and text problems unresolved

I started out with Sprint and a Galaxy note 9. Was unable to send/receive texts or calls. Called sprint and went through all troubleshooting over 2 months time, talking to 5 customer service agents, 3 tech support, supervisors and higher tiered agents. We factory reset, did #727__## (don't remember #'s), turned off my phone so they could reactivate it remotely, reset network, no tower outages, sent me a new Note9 (still same problems), made sure no calls/texts were being blocked, they sent me a “Pebble" box to improve network serve (didn't work), my husband is on the same phone plan with no issues. I have been using Facebook messenger to make calls and texts but that doesn't allow me to call business's or anyone not on friends list. Finally I switched to Verizon with an upgrade to the Note 10 and the same phone number. Now I'm able to make/receive SOME calls but still no texts incoming or outgoing. No one can help me or knows what's going on! I'm at my wits end, seriously. Someone PLEASE answer/help!

Hi there, two years ago, I purchased a brand new Samsung Galaxy Note. I thoroughly enjoyed it until I dropped it several times. Now It refuses to stay on for more than 10 min unless plugged in. It also will not update now. Originally, when I took the phone to Batteries +, I was told that the back of the phone is broken and does not adequately hold in the battery, but that turned out to not be the case. I also purchased a new battery, thinking that was the issue, but the new battery did not change the situation.

If there is anything that I am overlooking?

Samsung Galaxy Note: My Samsung Phone doesn't turn on

My phone went dead last time when some of my apps didn't shut off properly, and I immediately push the power button to turn the device off and it didn't turn back on, as I also plug the charger, it won't turn on too. What seems to be the problem? If the motherboard is the problem, what will happen? Thanks.

Samsung Galaxy Note: After a charging port repair, the power button is intermitten

After a replacement charging port on the Note 1 N7000 the power button seems to be intermittent works some times and then will randomly turn off and reboot. Other times when I press the power button it will show the restart/airplane mode menu.

Pretty sure it isn't a software issue as it happened straight after the repair.

Just wondering if anybody else has had the same issue and managed to fix it?

Samsung Galaxy Note: How to install files in off mode when phone is completly flashed

I updated my phone (Galaxy Note model SGH-i717) from 4.0.2 version to 4.2.2 version (Kitkat version) and deleted all the data in it and tried to restore it. But every time it showed that restart failed and phone is not getting on now. I am not able to do hard reset/factory restore as my phone is not switching on. when I am trying to restore/ factory reset it simply shows that "Factory Reset Failed" How to restart my phone and again upload necessary files and softwares in it. Please help.

The Note One is running fine as well. but the powerbutton don't work. i can't power of the display or wake it up with the powerbutton. i can't shutdown/power on the phone with the button.

where i have to search the fault and fix this?

Galaxy Note N7000, my mic during normal calls doesnt work but when i put on hansfree mode or speakerphone it works..

Noticing this problem i replaced the usb part thiking thats it all connected apparently it doesnt seem to fix the problem, no errors found usb functioning, expect when i try the voice recorder ... thanx for helping,,

Samsung Galaxy Note: My GT-N7000 phone fell onto the for from sofa

My phone fell onto the floor from the arm of my sofa. Onto carpet so wasn't a bad fall. At first it wouldn't turn on then when it was on charge it only showed it was charging and now it will load up with samsung and then repeats that over and over won't load to the home screen. I've had it on and of charge for periods of time but it won't turn on fully please help.

Samsung Galaxy Note: Soft Key Repair Galaxy Note One 1717 4.2.1

I replaced my charging dock/port on my Note 1 1717 Samsung android, and now my soft keys wont work. I installed Enabler off play store but I can't answer my phone due to soft key disabled and swipe is not my best answer option. How do I repair soft keys?
