Samsung Galaxy Mega: Why isn't my Samsung Galaxy Mega's touch screen working?

My floors are concrete. My phone (Samsung galaxy mega)slipped off of my counter and landed face first, completely shattering the top right side of the screen. It turns on and off and the screen is normal looking, but the touch doesn't work anymore. I can't unlock it or anything. Can I get it fixed or is it just cheaper and easier to replace it?

I have a Samsung Galaxy Mega 6.3 SGH-i527 and I had the LCD screen/ digitizer replaced. After that the phone won't go past the Samsung galaxy mega logo screen, it won't go into recovery mode but will go into download mode. Any advice would be helpful, thanks!

Samsung Galaxy Mega: Replaced screen now the touch isn't working

I had a customer bring me a Galaxy Mega i527 to fix the broken glass. I ordered the whole replacement screen, lcd, and midframe assembly. I got it all fixed and the display works fine but, the touch screen does not work at all. With the old screen, only the top portion of it works. Which is what it was doing to being with. Do you think I have a faulty screen?

My phone has a box that won't go away, it says Unfortunately, netalpha has stopped" I keep pressing ok and it just won't go away. I have already done a master reset on my phone, which has erased everything, but after doing the master reset and my phone reboots and turns back on to the original "select language" screen that box pops right back up.....PLEASE SOMEBODY HELP!!!! I recently installed my replacement LCD digitizer for my Samsung Mega. Upon installing it the first time, the screen came on and I could see everything but would not respond to touch. I removed the back and the flex cables and reconnected them, now when I turn the phone on the screen is black but I can hear the phone turning on. Could you possibly tell me what may be wrong?

Samsung galaxy m51- when I make a call to someone from m51 only my voice can be heard ( when i am holding the phone), voice of people sitting near me is not heard properly for person on other end of the vall. So basically the voice of the person holding the phone can only be heard.

Have a galaxy Mega, replaced screen, worked great afterwards, the device recommends I perform a software update (no it wasn't an ad lol) and so it did, now it won't start. Just buzzes and flashes the bootup screen OVER and OVER and OVER till it runs out of juice.

I had my screen replaced a few months ago and have had some intermittent issues that I can deal with. About 3 weeks ago the speaker has become very weak, I can barely hear it even when I switch to speaker phone and turn the volume all the way up. When I plug into the aux port everything is fine but I cannot use speaker phone without having to hold it to my ear. Any one know what would cause this?
