Samsung Galaxy M32: Android fake overheating warning

I dropped my Samsung phone on ground, then it started giving me
false overheating warnings, it automatically turns off after a min. So i need to backup data before performing reset to phone.

Is there way to backup data? maybe by recovery
or download mode? Or way to disable warning temporary? Or any other solutions?

Why is my voice not being recorded in WhatsApp voice message as well as in normal calls my voice is not being heard..but in WhatsApp audio calls my voice is being heard...I tried recording my voice by turning on the safe mode (long press on power button) and it's perfectly alright...so what's the issue? Is it because of a third party app? I don't think so because I deleted all third party apps recently downloaded and checked for malicious softwares..but none are found...how can I solve this issue?
