I inserted sim card and it is not detecting any sim card and sim is still in switch off even I inserted it.....sim is not getting any signal....I recently reset my phone and right after resetting this problem appeared....before that sim worked and it's not the sim problem causemy sim is working in other's phone but not working in my phone

My phone's display is not working. If I put my phone on charging then i can hear the vibration and sound of charging and if I insert sim card in it and then call then the sound of call is also audible but nothing is showing on the screen.

my samsung m12 phone did not recognize the charging cable, i tested the cable on another phone and it worked.

i tried to charge the phone from my laptop and it only work when i use the usb-A port but it gives me a long estimated time to charge (more than 7 hours),

and when i use usb-c port it did not recognize the cable.

I have tried some other things like charging the phone while turning off ,or to reboot the phone ,and even i updated the software, but nothing worked.

what should i do next and what is the potential problem.
