Samsung Galaxy Light: Phone booting up, then stopping and rebooting in cycle.

I pulled out my battery, put it back in, and it turns on to the Samsung Galaxy Light SGH-T399 screen, then turns off, and then in a few seconds, re-shows that screen. This has happened in a continuous cycle for the past 4 hours. I have tried clearing my cache, opening in safe mode. I don't know what to do.

Samsung Galaxy Light: Screen Flicker After Attempting To Replace Digitizer

Hello, I have the samsung model, SGH - T399. I've already attempted to contact Samsung for help, no good at all, I think their live chat is a robot. The problem is, when I turn on my phone, it flickers no matter what. The flickering is also based on whatever is going on, on the actual phone. I cannot see anything, nothing but flicker and lines all over the screen. I have tried reseating the digitizer and the LCD cable. Theres nothing else in mind that i can try. Any suggestions? Also, I am not sending it in to Samsung Service Center.

Samsung Galaxy Light: Phone won't charge or reboot

My phone overheated and tried to reboot itself and froze on a reboot loop so I factory reset it. Then the next day it overheated again and started flashing on the reboot screen again. I left the battery out and let it cool off and tried to turn it on again with the same issue of the screen flashing. Now it won't turn on or charge and I've already tried the volume up+ power+ home button combo to try to factory reset it again. Is there away to fix it or is getting a new phone the only option?

Samsung Galaxy Light: Out of memory, phone will not turn on

My phone had shown a low storage warning for about a week or two and today I had removed the battery and attempted to turn the phone on again because it was glitching. However, when I tried to turn it back on, it became stuck on the screen reading "T-Mobile 4G LTE", right after the Samsung logo screen. I removed the battery again and the same problem arose.

I figured that the phone was not working because it had no more space left, so I tried plugging it into my PC to try deleting some items through there. The PC notified me that "The last USB device I connected to this computer malfunctioned, and Windows does not recognize it." I tried connecting again and it still did not recognize my device.

I tried putting it into safe mode, but this was unsuccessful.

When I plug it in to charge, the battery image shows up and it charges fine, but it still does not turn on.

I do not want to lose all of my important files and photos, and I would like to avoid going to a technician if possible. I have no other Samsung devices. Is there a way to enable my phone to start up again, or at least register on my PC? If there are no solutions to the above, is there a way to retrieve my photos and other files?
