Samsung Galaxy J7 V: My phone screen is black after water damage. Repairable?

I accidentally dropped my phone in a sink full of water. After a day of drying it seemed to work ok. A day after that the screen flickered and then went black.

I can still feel it power on (vibration) but the screen is black.

As a minimum I would really like to be able to see the windows/tabs that I have open in the Samsung and Chrome browsers. It would be great if I could use the phone again but I would settle for just being able to see the browser tabs just long enough to write them down and open them on a different device.

Is there anything I can do to accomplish this?

Samsung Galaxy J7 V: Why won't my Samsung SM-767VL charge?

When I plug in my phone to charge the circle with the lightning bolt showing that it's connected to the charger comes up on the screen but there is no battery level number or percentage showing. I have left it plugged in overnight, used different chargers and USB cords, tried different power sources and it still will not charge. If the phone is connecting to the charger why won't the battery take any charge? Noting happened to the phone it wasn't dropped or submerged in any liquid. It just started doing this all of a sudden.

Samsung Galaxy J7 V: I believe my phone has been "cloned"

One night after sleeping extremely hard, I awake to an email that my sim card had been removed (via lookouts premium version), of course the young lady living with me at the time had “no idea what that’s about”. Since then in order to unlock my phone I have to enter my pattern twice. I swipe up to bring up the dots, I enter the pattern and it goes black and i have to repeat the process to continue. I recently added 2 step verification to my google account and the message said “ do i want to send it to my Galaxy J7 prime or my Galaxy J7 prime…(im trying to upload the screenshot now)…what do i do???tia

Samsung Galaxy J7 V: Dropped phone won't start up, only flashes when charging

I dropped my phone a couple days ago, it turned off and then didn't turn back on and I just thought I had to charge it back up and then it would be working fine again because I've dropped it and had it shut off for a second before. Since I dropped it, it doesn't turn on or flash or anything at all when it's not plugged in, but when I do plug it in it just flashes the powered by Android logo screen and stays in a loop. I've tried holding down the vol down button and power button but that just makes it go to the screen that says to press volume up for download a custom os, volume down to cancel (restart phone), but when I restart it just goes back into a loop and when I choose continue it says it's downloading but it doesn't actually seem to be doing anything.
