Please help me! So I factory data reset my phone like maybe 5 times. And then when I log-in my account and pressed continue, but it shows another page says "please log-in your account" and then it shows the log-in page again and again after I tap continue when I enter my email and password. It didn't also told me that my email and password is wrong and don't exist. Just getting in the log-in page all-over-and-over. Please help me cause it's new and I did not open illegal sites so 0% of virus.

I have a galaxy J7. I was in the toilet on my phone listening to music i tried to change the song but my screen was black, it didn't fall, my screen has no cracks whatsoever. I bought my phone online (NEW) but maybe its refurbished and wasnt repaired properly. I've had my phone for almost a month and it never once fell. My phone can be turned on or off, you hear the little samsung sound when you turn it on, I can take screenshots but nothing comes up on the screen. Its just black. What can I do?

i had my screen replaced and ever since that, any sort of pressure on the top of the screen makes the screen black out. Touch is still responsive and sound and vibrations are all working but the screen stays black. It eventually turns on but the it happens again. In addition to this, the screen may sometimes flicker with different colours or lines.

If anyone knows what is the issue i need to know please.

My friend is telling me her device is the Samsung Galaxy J7 SM-700T.

When looking for parts I see TONS of different similar model numbers, and sometimes years. How can I be sure that I get the correct part?

Do the screens on all J7 phones cross? Or do I need a year specific part?

Sir in my samsung device otg and adb or itger connections works properly before some time but now it didn't works it shows me charging when i connect it with the computer & otg also not working Charging works perfectly my friend suggest me that probably my charging port is fine but 2 wires of otg in jack is malfunctioned or gone bad So it is possible that jack works charging perfectly but 2 wires of data transfer goes wrong it is possible????

Samsung Galaxy J7: Why my phone is not charging?

I was browsing Internet, then suddenly my phone start to heat & it was increasing. Then I turn it off & after a few time connect it to charger in off mode. I saw in display that remaining 34% of charge. After 2 hours when I came to unplugged the charger I was shocked to saw that it still showing Battery 34%. Suddenly the percentage start to decreasing although it was connecting to charger. After a short time the battery percentage gone to 0% & the phone completely shut down. Now it's not charging or getting on? What can I do Now & what is the main reason behind it? Is tha a major problem? How can I fix my mobile phone as before?

Samsung Galaxy J7: Dropped phone in water, works fine but battery makes sizzle noise

I accidentally dropped my phone in water (toilet), immediately took it out, washed/rinsed it quickly, and took out the battery and SIM card and dried it. After a while, I tried the phone, and everything works fine except the SIM card being undetected and a constant sizzling sound whenever the battery is in. I tried putting in another battery to see if the battery was the problem, but the sizzling sound was still there. I don't think there is any liquid corrosion damage, as the phone was in contact with water for less than around 30 seconds and the back inside of the phone was barely wet, but I think there might be something wrong with the place where the battery connects in the phone (the four yellow pointed things). For now im going to let it dry and try the battery again. What should I do?

When I dropped my phone out my back pocket, it feel in some rocks and i think the ink box broke. The next morning the whole screen was covered with black stuff. I don't know if it was the ink or what but it looked disgusting. But can someone help me find a place to get it repaired?

Hi! I have an old Samsung Galaxy J7. Since about three years I've been charging it only thru the USB cable connected to my PC, as I was sharing Wi-Fi to my PC which gave me more stable connections than my wireless adapters.

About 6 months ago my PC started having PSU problems. There would be rare and sudden PC restarts over the course of a few months. It was getting worse, so one day I decided to stop using the PC to avoid damaging other hardware. Next day I used the phone all day and connected it to a normal charger when I came home at night. It charged so slowly. Only about 10% in 8 hours. It got worse that same day, to the point it won't charge at all. The phone was connected to the PC when all those restarts happened – maybe the PSU damaged something on the phone? I was then unable to keep testing, as the battery drained completely.

I tried different chargers, cables, and outlets; tried cleaning the port; but nothing. The phone says it's charging once you connect a cable, but it doesn't. Recently I bought a universal charger to charge the battery, since it's removable. The battery charges very slow on it, like 12 hours to reach 100%, but the phone works nice and the battery drains normally. I connect the phone to the PC (I have a brand-new PSU now) thru the USB port and it is able to transfer data! But it still won't charge at all. Zero. It will in fact keep draining normally, even with normal chargers. Any ideas?
