Samsung Galaxy J6: I forgot my phone password , how do I unlock it

The phone type is galaxy J 6 and the screen lock type is PIN, the phone has restarted and I can no longer unlock it using my fingerprints, and it is in safe mode now, I don’t care if it requires deleting data.

Samsung Galaxy J6: My touch does not work anymore

My mobile samsung j6 had fallen down from my bed to a distance of 2 metres. From then my touch is not working,

but there is no crack on the screen due to it.

It is working as perfectly as it can when I connect it to USB mouse or keyboard.

Is there any way I can retain my touch back without replacing a part?

Is there any way I can retain my touch back by replacing a part and what part it can be and where can I get it?

(Even the smallest answer would be greatly helpful to me.)

Recently i changes my J6 display due to crack. Today i recieved the software upate and i updated it.

when the updat finish and phone restarted, the touch screen is not working.

What is the solution ????

Hey there, Recently i tried to root my Samsung J6+ using magisk and TWRP recovery but it failed, when i open up the phone it just tells me that i can’t use samsung pass because my phone has been rooted but when i check using root checker there was no root, i tried flashing a new software for my phone but when i was flashing using odin my phone turned off and kept rebooting on a green screen that tells me “An error occured while installing software update”

so now my phone doesn’t turn on but when i plug it into my laptop or charger it just keeps restarting on that screen

when i try to go to download mode without pressing continue it just stays but when i press continue it keeps restarting again and again, Hopefully someone could help me fix it, Thanks.

Samsung Galaxy J6: Why does my phone keep on shutting down every time my screen sleeps?

I've had my phone for two years now and never ran into a problem until now. My phone would always shut down when the screen times out or when I press the power button to make it sleep. I initially thought that the problem was my battery so I charged it normally but when I tried turning it on, it wouldn't.

I charged again for another hour but still could not get it to work. After the phone shut down, I try to turn it on normally using the power key but the phone just vibrates with no display.

I finally got to turn it on when when I tried soft reset. It takes at least two minutes and several attempts of holding down the volume key and power key before the phone will turn on. When it does, it functions normally and I see that the battery is fully charged. And then the phone goes to sleep and shuts down again.

I have tried the following to no avail:

Uninstall all my apps
Soft reset (offers temporary solution)
Factory data reset

I can't do a hard reset because my phone does not respond tho the power button - volume up combination.

Is there anything I could do before resorting to the service center? (We are currently on lock down so I cannot leave my house and I desperately need my phone for school purposes.)

Whenever I turn my wifi/Bluetooth/hotspot on the phone does not even sense the nearby device,as it does not scan any devices I can't even connect with any wireless connection nor with wifi nor with bluetooth headphones & nor do i m able to start hotspot. What problem is it facing? Pls help
