THE PROBLEM IS THAT MY PHONE IS USED 7 GB FROM OUT OF 8 GB I CANT USE MY PHONE PROPERLY.

WHEN I READ THE SPECIFICATION OF THE PHONE IT USES AROUND 3.4 GB

SO WHAT IS THE PROBLEM?

I have been having problems with the charger for about a month but I just thought it was my actual cable not the phone itself, I used to just be able to put it into a position and charge it but tonight I couldn't and it went flat.

I plugged it in and the lightning symbol in the battery appeared as it would when you plug the charger in the dead flat phone. But the lighting symbol disappeared. Then it came back, then disappeared again, and it loops. It won't even go onto the 0% screen when turned off and charging and when it does it goes on for about 1 second then turns off and goes back to the lightning symbol.

I also noticed when I unplugged the charger and had the flat phone not on charge and I held the power button, a blue screen with something to do with "downloading" and code popped up for a split second but turned off again because the phone is flat, not sure if this info is useful but could I get some answers?

The problem lies where it does sound when I get notifications or it rings. However, it does not have sound when I try to play Youtube or Facebook videos. I tried cleaning up the speaker. It sounds fine in notifications. But absolutely nothing when in any other apps. I restarted my device twice already. “Do Not Disturb” is not on. All volumes are maxed out.

Please help. I cannot afford a new phone or replacing parts right now.

I tried:

1. Taking the battery out and holding the power button for 120secs.
2. I tried booting to recovery.

I am aware similar questions have been asked, but none helped or fit the issue.

Okay so i managed to skip those processes by removing the sim card and not connecting to the wifi during the setup and have reached the homescreen. But i couldnt open any google related applications.
