Samsung Galaxy J2: Samsung Galaxy J2 won't turn on after checking battery and charger

My Samsung Galaxy J2 turned off unexpectedly and will not turn on again. I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps:

1. Checked with a different charger and cable.

2. Tried a different battery, but the phone still shows no signs of life (no lights, no vibration, and no display).

3. Cleaned the battery terminals and the charging port.

4. Attempted a soft reset (Power + Volume Down) and tried to enter Recovery Mode (Power + Home + Volume Up), but there is no response.

5. Called the phone while it was plugged in, but there was no ring or vibration, suggesting it is not just a display issue.

What could be the next steps to diagnose if this is a motherboard issue or a faulty power IC? Any help would be appreciated.

I have samsung galaxy J2 Pro(SM-J210F) which was remained unused for a long time. After a long time i tried to re-use it again but now the phone is not turning on. I have tried with the new battery also but still my phone is not turning on, what may be the solution for such issue?

my phone's battery was down while i was talking through it. suddenly phone switched off . i connected this to charger but it was showing nothing on phone screen. till now it's not charging , not turning on too.please suggest what to do now.

Hi. I dropped my Samsung Galaxy J2 on its back and the screen turned black. I can hear the sound when i restart my phone, but the screen is always black. What should i do ? I remove the battery then put it back again but still don't work. Please help i'm desperate !

So i factory reseted my phone and during the setup after it goes through Checking Info it goes back to Terms and Conditions with a message saying “Google Services has stopped”. Are there any workarounds for this?

Okay so i managed to skip those processes by removing the sim card and not connecting to the wifi during the setup and have reached the homescreen. But i couldnt open any google related applications.
