Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime: The audio is not working on a samsung galaxy grand prime sm-g531f

i just received this phone, the guy who sold me said that it was perfectly working except from the front buttons on the screen, and there was another defect: the phone was little bended.

i changed the touchscreen and i fixed the frame (so the phone is not bended anymore)

but i found another problem, there is no audio, no audio from the jack, no audio from the front speaker, no audio from the back speaker but the microphone is working

i tried a reset but nothing, i tried an hard reset, but still nothing

i'm thinking that probably the banding caused some damage on the ic audio, but unfortunatley i can't identify it.

someone could help me?

where is it?which is the model?

thanks

Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime: Why doesn't my Samsung device recognize the micro SD card I install?

On my Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime, Model#: SM-S920L, why won't it recognize when I install a micro sd card for expanded memory? I've tried an HC 8Gig card as well as a Samsung brand 32Gig card but it won't read that there is a card in there at all. Is the reader damaged? The prongs of the reader have to meet the pads on the sd card, right? So maybe the prongs are bent? How can I fix this issue PLEASE!

Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime: Water damage , dead short across battery

I am currently working on a Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime with liquid damage. I don't know exactly what happened to it, but it was dry when I got it with a decent amount of white residue on the board. The phone did not power on at all. I have removed the visible residue with isopropanol and still nothing.. My multi-meter shows a dead short across the positive and the negative of the battery connector on the main phone board. Any suggestions are appreciated, thank you
