Hello! I kinda need help, my phone wont charge correctly and I can't find a solution. Last night I plugged my phone in to charge it (Note: it was at 3%) and it showed the charging icon and so I went to bed, well when I woke up the next morning my phone was still at 3% it says my phone is charging and I tried restarting it and taking the battery out, but to no prevail. Any help is appreciated Thank you.

My new phone wont start up!

I've only used it for 3 or 4 days... My phones battery was low and i put it on charging.After some time i checked it wheather was fully charged or not. It was charged 95%.. I put it on charging for some more minitues. When i checked after some time it was off.. I tried everything and it wont start up. Visited the service center and they said that they think its board is dead..It was an abroad phone.. They said that i should give it back to the shop that it was purchased. They could only fix the phone...I cant give it back to the location where it was purchased. So please help me!

My Galaxy Grand Prime on Tracfone (SM-S920L) does not seem to display anything when given a replacement display, but touch is still functional. When using its original display the screen will light up and work. The original screen’s glass however is ravaged to the point of no return and that is why I’m trying to replace the screen. The two replacements I have tried are from Sprint and T-Mobile phones.

I successfully deleted and disabled every app to clear my phone storage. It downloaded the updates for about 2 minutes, it was time to install and i chose to install now. The phone switched off and wrote installing system update after what seemed like minutes it wrote error on the screen, and it switched on. It also wrote 'failed to update firmware .Vist a Samsung service centre that. " It wrote "Send report." but i want to get over and done with this this minute .I tried to update this software more than twice.

Good afternoon

I would like to open my phone to be able to use Vodacom as now when I am inserting the vodacom sim it says “ Not Registered to Network”. Please help me as the Cell C network is I am currently using on the phone is giving me problems. I can not even perform hard reset or factory setting on the phone it totally does not respond to these commands. Please help.

My samsung galaxy prime plus screen does not display when placed inside the phone. It only displays when testin before assembling the phone. But once the screen is placed on the phone its just black and when you try to charge nothing happens untill you unplug the screen at the back, thats when the phone vibrates indicating its charging.

Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime: Water damage , dead short across battery

I am currently working on a Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime with liquid damage. I don't know exactly what happened to it, but it was dry when I got it with a decent amount of white residue on the board. The phone did not power on at all. I have removed the visible residue with isopropanol and still nothing.. My multi-meter shows a dead short across the positive and the negative of the battery connector on the main phone board. Any suggestions are appreciated, thank you
