I am not able to power on my Samsung grand neo phone. When tried to power on ,the screen goes blank after displaying the"" Samsung grand neo plus & "powered by android" screen . It also vibrate when pressing power on but after that screen goes black and also no other light appears on the screen.

the phone grand neo plus when I open camera it says camera failed I don't know what to do tried a lot of third party apps all didn't work but front facing camera work sometimes when I got the phone for 9 months it worked before it completely broke it sometimes works but most of the time not and sometimes the app even crash

Hello everyone.

Two days ago my phone falls in the water. I tried to dry it up with hair dryer and also i left it for two night in a dry place.

Yesterday it works and when I turn on my mobile, it displayed a notification that is enabled the safe function. Το disable this function click here and the device will be restarted. After this all the applications will be available. When the device restarted it displayed the same. Also when I charge the device with or without battery the flash turns on. Is there anybody who can help me to solve these problems.
