Samsung Galaxy E7: Phone powers on but the screen doesn't light up. Any Ideas?

I can charge the phone and get it to turn on, however when it is on you can't actually see anything being displayed on the screen so at first I didn't know it was on. Any Idea how to get the screen to display?

Well, it turns out that Samsung isn't responsibly handling services for the Galaxy E7. The phone launched way back in January and still customers around my region have had to wait for days to get replacement parts in Nepal & India. I, for one, broke my lcd outer screen and then sent it to the official Samsung service center. They kept the phone for weeks and suggested me to repair the entire LCD display (which obviously wasn't needed at all as my LCD is fine and only the glass is broken). Even then, these people could get me a replacement part and instead told me to contact them after some days. I contacted them after a full month and still the parts aren't here.

While the phone is awesome, I really want to fix the glass soon and if someone from ifixit can supply me a screen I would be very glad. I have the means to pay internationally as well and so if someone has it, just let me know.

my phone was just fine that night, until this morning when i tried to use my phone. it can't. i pressed the power button, the screen is turn on but when i tried to touch the screen to type my password...it seems my phone just freeze. i already tried to charge it, or pressed the power button really long, try to call my phone from my mom's phone. but the phone doesn't receive it.

Samsung Galaxy E7: Why is my phone screen showing horizontal lines?

I tried to enter revovery mode by using Samsung Tool app,but as soon as I tapped recovery button in that app phone got off and now it`s showing brown horizontal lines.What could be the problem I am facing? Is there any solution?

Hi.

I am using Samsung E7 and recently screen got wrecked and I went to a nearer Service Centre and replaced it with a new one. After that incident, as it is a Dual Sim mobile I installed two SIM cards which are good providing service operators. Even then I can't get signals for both of them and very hardly I see the TOWER symbol in the notification bar and the rest of the Time I only see this symbol

Samsung Galaxy E7: Why won't my phone turn on?

I turned off my phone at 66% because my class had started. After class I wanted to check my phone but it wouldn't turn on. I took out the battery and pressed the power button to "drain the phone" but that didn't work. I then charged for about 10 min. and it still will not turn on. What is the problem?

Update:

I think the phone is on, but the screen won't work. If I get a phone call are a text message my phone will alert me, but I can't turn on the screen.

Hi I'm a working student I have a problem on my phone when I recently left it at home when I came back my phone's camera part is very hot and when I charge it's overheating fast when I'm not using it and when I charge it to 100% shut down it for a few hours when I came back open it I can't when I charge it's 0% and my speaker in my phone produce buzzing sounds I tried resseting app preferences it got worse(it works with headset and wireless headset),It also drains much faster when I'm not using it but instead it drains slow when I'm using it why?
