I have been getting this issue ever since I started using the Galaxy J4 Core phone. I moved from the S Series to the J series and now whenever I’m watching videos on YouTube I don’t get notifications from other apps until I later click on those apps to see the many messages I got. One instance is that I don’t get messages from Facebook Messenger when I’m using YouTube. I have even adjusted the settings under “Apps that Appear on Top” but still no luck. What could be the issue here ? Please help.

I have 667 old emails in my Android and 91 entries on face book which i would like to remove..

When I try to erase the old entries (emails) I can manage to clear the current ones but then comes up on the screen “Not enough space in Device Storage. Delete some files and try again”.

How do I clean out the old Stuff and erase the old emails?

I had my phone in my pocket and it over heated. It wouldn't turn back on except to flash the logo for approximately 36 hours. After that the battery wouldn't hold a charge for more than 3.5 hours and it gets hot. I sent it away to be fixed and they say they replaced the main board but its still getting really hot. Is it beyond repair??

My SIM card is unreadable on my phone. I tried taking it out and putting it in the second SIM slot and it is still not detected. I inserted it into my brother's phone and it can be read there. Then, I tried inserting my brother's SIM card into my phone and it can be read, like there's nothing wrong with the SIM card slots. How to repair this? Is the problem with my phone or my SIM card?

So this maybe because of me dropping my phone or may not be because of that.I'm not sure because the problems with the WiFi started the next day. So the Wifi works great when I'm next to it, but when I'm in the next door where the signal strength is great for other devices but my phone (Samsung galaxy core i8262) still shows weak strength. What should I do?

It's very annoying and Wifi keeps disconnecting and connecting back. I don't think there is any damage to the Wifi antenna.. Will a factory reset solve this problem?

Hi, my sound on my phone seems very low, I've tried the obvious turned phone off, restarted, took battery out to find water, not much but it was still there. Been on settungs ect. Can any one help????
