Samsung Galaxy Camera 2: Photos appear white when taken in daylight

I have a samsung galaxy camera 2 EK-GC200. It takes photos indoors with no issue albeit they are very bright, but in normal daylight the photos just come out pure white. I have adjusted all of the settings to reduce light coming into the lens but in daylight it makes no difference at all and when these settings are adjusted the photos are black when indoors. Also auto mode makes no difference either. Help!

Samsung Galaxy Camera 2: When in standby, camera comes on by itself

When camera is not in use, I press the power button to place camera in standby. While laying flat on a table, the camera comes on by itself, extending the lens, preparing to shoot. When picked up, the screen flashes like a strobe showing whatever it sees like individual shots in a movie format. When this is happening, there is no control of the camera or even the power button. I have to remove the battery to regain control.

One symptom I notice is that the power save mode icon stays in the icon bar and I can't turn it off in the settings-power-power saving mode slide. I have purchased a new battery and have done a complete factory reset and still have the problem. Can you help or tell me how to find help? Thank you.

Samsung Galaxy Camera 2: Zoom-, triggerbutton and microphone don't work

Hi,

my girlfriend drop down my camera. Outside I can't find any damage. Only the case slipped out of its anchoring. I pushed it back and everything is fine.

After the drop down the triggerbutton with the zoom and the microphone won't work anymore. I can take photos when I pushed the photobutton on the display and zoom is possible on the display too. So the lens isn't the problem.

Yesterday I made a video and there is no sound. So I try to watch an older video and there I can hear the sound, so I think die microphone is damaged too.

Anybody know the answer to my problem?

Kind regards

Samsung Galaxy Camera 2: Reds not true to life

When taking a picture of red roses in my garden, the camera screen colour is very different from what I'm seeing, even though the roses are shown a sort of red. Furthermore, where the sun is shining on the rose petals and making certain parts of them much brighter, the resulting highlights are virtually whitened out.

Is there something wrong with the camera, or do I merely need to find the best setting? I've tried several modes, but found the same problem always.
