Samsung Galaxy A72: Why is my screen Unresponsive

the device is unresponsive to touch, after a hard reset it becomes responsive but only lasts for +- 5 minutes, I did a factory reset, and it worked for yet another 5 minutes, managed to update it to the latest software but still becomes unresponsive. Has anyone experienced this before? I keep seeing guys on youtube do a hard reset then claim it's permanently solved and others changed the main Flexi cable also claiming that the Flexi is faulty from the factory. Any advice on flexi cable solution?

Samsung Galaxy A72: A part of the screen won't touch

Before the whole screen won't touch so I replaced the main flex cable but 2 months later a part of the screen won't touch as you can see in the image.

There's no cosmetic damage on the screen, only minor scratches.

I want to know if it's either the main flex cable or the whole screen itself.

Samsung Galaxy A72: Samsung A72 Black Screen

So I make it clear and short.

My screen broke after I dropped my phone, I changed the screen and everything was fine at first. When I put the cover the screen started going black (touch and everything works fine though).

I got rid of the case after the service shop said there is no problem with the new screen. I noticed that when a certain area was pressed the screen went off (added a photo for illustration)...to turn it on I had to press power button couple of times. Until it just stopped turning on.

I sent to that same service shop they changed the screen but it would turn on again.

Phone still vibrates and everything its just the screen. Any idea what it could be??
