Hi. I dropped my Samsung Galaxy A5 on its back and the screen turned black. I can hear the sound when i get a new message on WhatsApp, but the screen is always black. What should i do ? I can't remove the battery then put it back again because the cover can't be taken off. Please help i'm desperate !

Samsung Galaxy A5: My volume button is going into my phone and is stuck

My volume button is stuck and is getting pushed into my phone. When I restart my phone, it is under safe mode cause my volume button is stuck. I can't disassemble the phone cause it comes in one piece of metal.

How should i unstick the volume button?

My phone dropped from a table and the screen split in half (not literally). I can only touch the upper half. The lower half is all black. I can only use the camera only,can't even unlock the device. I hope you know how to fix this issue.
