The SIM card won't come out of the phone

When I try to push the pin into the hole to open the SIM card tray, even if I press very hard, it won't come out. What should I do?

I notice that the battery percentage drops drastically when I unplug it from the charger. Like from 98% to 64%. Does anyone know what is causing this and/or how to fix it, if it is fixable?

My partner has a Samsung Galaxy A54 5G and the NFC keeps switching itself off. It's important that it's always on because she suffers from diabetes and has a sensor that records her blood sugars, for which the sensor uses the NFC for. However, over the last few weeks, whenever she tries to scan the sensor it tells her that the NFC is disabled. I've tried resetting the network settings, booting it into safe mode and ultimately a factory reset. Any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated.
