Samsung Galaxy A54: Super hot chip, phone not charging

Hi everyone, my Samsung Galaxy A54 stopped charging in December, so I ordered a new charging port in hopes that would fix it, but it didn't. After that I ordered a new battery, cause that was overdue anyways and I was hoping that would fix the issue finally.

But still, the device does not turn on.

I do have a usb c power tool that tells me that the device is drawing 5 volts at 0,5 amps, at the time.

Today I got around to borrow an infrared camera to check if something is overheating or something. I got the idea from this YouTube Short that suggested the charger controller might be broken, but turns out that this other chip is getting suuuper hot instead.

I really want to fix this phone for the sake of it and for some of the stuff that's on there. I'm based in Hamburg Germany. Does anyone have an idea, who I could send this to, to get it fixed? Or where I could get the part to do it myself? Or if that chip being 99 degrees is the issue of the phone not booting?

I dropped my phone and the plastic or glass covering over top of the 3 camera lenses in the back of the phone cracked. Can that be replaced?

Hi. For a while now my phone won't fast charge, it takes 8 hours. For some reason though. I plugged my phone charger into a USB outlet in the hospital and it worked fine. I've tried my wife's charger, didn't work. Tried my phone on her outlet, didn't work. Yet her phone charges just fine on all the chargers and outlets I use. I am completely baffled as I feel I've tried every combination of things that could have gone wrong. Thanks in advance

My phone was repaired after the screen shattered. After the repair, my screen has been freezing at random intervals. It seems to get a little better if I fully power down and back up my device, but after some time it begins to malfunction again. Should I replace the whole screen myself?

My phone isn't charging and i checked it with a multimeter and it is taking in 5 volts but by the time it makes it to the ribbon cable its only about 0.7 and the electric symbol when its charging shows up once every few hours but its not actually charging. if it helps i had recently just replaced the screen as it was broke and when i was done it was at 0 precent charge but it turned on and the screen was working fine but now its dead and wont charge.

Seemingly out of nowhere, when I open the camera app, it just blacks out and a Camera failed error comes up. I have done everything, including factory reseting the phone. I believe that it is a hardware issue. Where could I buy a official camera modules?

aftrer update patch on august 2024 one UI 6.1 , the screen on the phone cannot be touched, have tried deleting the third partition and factory reset, but there is no change, I am now using the phone with OTG and a mouse, everything looks smooth except for the screen touch

I have a galaxy a54. I just changed the charging board and the Main Flex cable. Now, when i install the EMI shield the phone doesn't charge. When i take off the foil that goes over the battery, but keep the plastic that stays over the mainboard the phone charges. What should i do?
