Samsung Galaxy A52 5G: Touch screen stops working randomly

Hello,

I really hope someone could help me.

My phone's touchscreen is becoming unresponsive at random times but mostly if the phone is not being used and I'm moving(in my pocket). The display works fine, if I am pressing lock twice, for example, the camera app pops but I am not able to press the caption button.
This issue is resolved if I restart the phone (volume down and lock button), but after a few minutes it becomes unresponsive again.
Also I noticed that the battery drains way faster.
This is how I tried so far to solve the issue:
-delete recent downloaded apps
-start the phone in safe mode
-reset factory the phone

This issue started at the end of quite very high altitude, not sure if this could be related.

Help would be really much appreciated, currently backpacking and don't afford a new phone or spending loads of money on repairing.

Thank you

Samsung Galaxy A52 5G: Why doesn´t my headphone mic work?

The phone mic works fine until I plug in my headphones. Then I can hear incoming calls but the mic is dead. I have to unplug the headphones to answer the call.

Update (06/30/23)

Thanks. I've tried three different headphones (wired) and the same thing: I can hear the person talking but they cannot hear me until I unplug the jack. I've used wireless headphones and they work perfectly, so I am assuming there is something physical wrong with the jack. I suppose that answers my question, but I was wondering if there was a setting I was missing, an inadvertent mute setting in the software or something.

Samsung Galaxy A52 5G: Dropped my phone, screen flickers black now.

My phone slipped off a table onto the floor. All the features seem to be working fine (I'm posting this question from the phone now) except that touching or applying any pressure to the back makes the screen flicker and turn black.

I have to repeatedly press the power button for the screen to turn on again, even though it still turns on and can detect inputs ( I let it black out with youtube open, the video kept playing after blackout and I could even play another video despite habing no display.

Need to know if this is a major issue? What should I expect when getting it repaired?

Samsung Galaxy A52 5G: How to diagnose layer one touch screen issues on my phone.

Ok rough breakdown of the situation, I have tried factory resetting the phone, and I have checked internally for any visibly broken components only my blue antenna seems to be physically broken where it connects to the lower board. I am willing to fix/replace anything and am not afraid to do a complete teardown of the phone. but the touch portion of the touch screen isn't working. the display is fine and it doesn't appear to be frozen as when,( before I reset the phone) , I could double tap the power button and the icon for the flashlight would appear but I couldn't interact with the screen via touch. this still remains the case and I am stuck on the first phase of phone setup unable to interact at all. I would love to know what could be the issue and how to diagnose these issues, as long as I can rule out having to get an entirely new motherboard and can instead buy/ micro solder my way around the problem I'm more than willing. any help would be greatly appreciated.

Samsung Galaxy A52 5G: No network after replacing usb port

Hi,

my USB port stopped working so I changed the whole board where the usb-port is located. After the replacement I had no network after booting (no calls and no mobile data).

So I looked up this problem and realized that there are two different versions of this "USB-board" (K1 and K2). I had bout K1. Unfortunately I had threw away my original part directly after the replacement.

So I bought the version K2 and replaced it. But still no network.

Does anybody have an idea if there are more different versions of this board?

Thank you very much in advance

I need a Galaxy A52 schematic with an explanation of how to check the components within the schematic.

When I turn on the device, it doesn't boot up; instead, it repeats the same process until I disconnect the battery.

The device only turns on after I press the power button, which indicates that the problem isn't with the power button itself. I wanted to clarify this point for you. Yes, I have a multimeter.

Samsung Galaxy A52 5G: Charging port set fire

So a few weeks ago my Samsung phones charging port started sparking, got extremely hot, and I could see smoke and smell burnt plastic.

The catch is that Samsung refuses to repair it for free even though it is in warranty because they claim it has water ingress.

There are some photos they sent as evidence.

Is this evidence of water being present? I cannot fathom how it could be due to water as it was on the charger for almost 3 hours straight and was never exposed to water.

Samsung Galaxy A52 5G: No service after a few drops

I'm a clumsy boy, and often drop my phone when I don't intend to. Recently I have been experiencing an issue where I have zero bars and no service whatsoever, not even emergency calls. Done all the shabang, checked sim card in other phones, new sim, factory reset etc, so I'm guessing it's a hardware issue. Is there any way this can be fixed, perferably cheaply, and is it possible for a well educated technician to do it and retain some level of water tight seal?
