My phone doesn't connect to WiFi network with more than 2 m distance. I have to be in the same room as the WiFi.

Another thing, my phone requires to be in close physical contact with the device whenever I'm connected to a device that uses bluetooth like wireless earphones or speaker.

Please help.

Face recognition was not working to unlock the screen i tried many times but it didn't unlock the screen so i removed the saved registered face and tried to add it again but the registering is not working its just showing a black screen and with the white circle but not my face as if the camera is not working (the camera on its own is working fine)

Whenever I am using my phone in between it gets automatically blank and on 'Samsung' show on screen and it remain there for 20,30 min continue. Even after pressing any key or touching anywhere in screen nothing happens, even I long press the power key then also nothing happens, just blank screen with 'Samsung' and I not just happened for ones it's more than 4,5 times

Unable to drag things on the screen to the full extent on this phone ,the drag keeps getting cut in middle of the process ,every few months the landscape mode problem occurs and my touch almost completely stops working on any application that I use on landscape mode ex-playing games and etc
