Samsung Galaxy A30: Phone vibrates and shows sign of life but shows blank screen

My phone's screen has been blank and doesn't show anything. I've tried doing a soft reset (volume down + power button) and got it to vibrate showing that it's restarting but it still doesn't show the Samsung logo or the home screen. I've even connected it to my computer and was able to see it as a MTP device, and when I did a soft reset of it while it was connected, my computer played the USB disconnect sound and then the USB connect sound showing it is still alive. Is there anything else that can be done to get rid of this "black screen of death" or whatever it is ?

Sometimes it works, but sometimes it doesnt

I did like factory resetting 3 times,

On the first factory reset vibrator works,

And on the second reset vibrator doesnt work

On the third reset, vibrator works

Is this software issue or i need to replace the vibrator

My bro has Samsung A30 which he is using since July 2019. Few days back, he dropped his phone on the floor due to which his screen got blackout. His phone can accept calls and this means only his display is gone.

He is without internet for last few days. He has a laptop but he cannot use internet in that without his phone.

His plan is to access his phone though laptop and enable wifi hotspot. Since his phone has pattern lock, he cannot access it.

He doesn't have any Hdmi cable.
