(since its been almost a year i cant bring it back to the guy)

The issue is that after installing the latest software update on my Galaxy A23, the battery no longer charges normally. It stops at random percentages such as 69%, 73%, or 83% and does not continue charging until 100%.

Before the update, my phone charged fully with no problem.

I have already tried:

Turning OFF Protect Battery

Restarting the phone

Changing charger and cable

Charging in a cool place

Not using the phone while charging

The issue still continues.

Please check the logs I sent and confirm if this is a software bug affecting the battery calibration.
