I dropped my phone on concrete, but I had a screen protector, only a small corner of the screen broke, but the rest is fine. However when I picked it up and tried turning it on it didn't budge. I knew it wasn't dead because it was on 70% before I dropped it, and I could still feel the vibrations on it. Is something wrong with the screen? What can I do to fix this!

I blank/darken/sleep the phone with the power button and put it in my pocket. Minutes later, I'll take it out and find it has awaken itself and started opening random apps, opening and going through settings menus, browsing through Amazon, in the process of ordering something, changing settings, even started calling someone random in my contacts list, etc. It WILL NOT stay asleep when I darken it to put it in my pocket. I have the 'Gesturing' mode turned off, yet it still keeps doing this $@$*.

????? I cannot make it stop.....

Samsung A15 on Android, AT&T.

why cant people hear me when i place a call. when i make a call i hear the person loud and clear but they say they can barely hear me. i took the phone to a repair shop and they ran a complete diagnostics and said nothing showed bad or needing adjustment

My phone got wet when I was out walking and rain appeared out of nowhere. I was home when I realized and I tried turning it off but the screen didn't react at all. I could only restart after pushing the external buttons which only let the bottom most part responsive, the rest of the screen was the same. I let it dry long but still nothing. Anyway to fix this?

I dropped my Samsung A15 into a lake. It still powers on and charges, but the touchscreen doesn't work. I bought a replacement, but would love to download some stuff from the old phone. I have another old A15. Would it work to take them both apart and use the other touchscreen to get my stuff downloaded? If that works, I'd then be OK getting rid of both these old phones.
