I have already tried the following:

- Restarting the device.

- Clearing the Netflix app cache and data.

- Uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

- Resetting network settings.

- Checking for Android system updates and Google Play system updates.

- Wiping the system cache partition via recovery mode.

None of these steps have worked. Is this a known issue with a specific firmware version for the A14, or is there another fix I should try?
