How do I remove Verizon from my Samsung phone. The phone will not accept another SIM card from another service provider. I can send and receive text but can't make or receive phone calls or set up voicemail.

Under service provider software version: SAOMC_SM-A102U_OYN_VZW_RR_0006VZW/VZW/VZW

Is there anything can be done to unblock the Verizon. I have another carrier SIM in the phone and a message appears that it is not from Verizon wireless and Veriaon insists the phone is unlocked.

Samsung Galaxy A10e: annnddd its a punctured battery!

Kinda a dumb question, but i dont want to set my house on fire lol

Basically, the screen is being pushed out of the phone, but the case is also bending, like as if someone had tried to get into the phone, rather than the battery swelling.

won this in a lot, so i have no clue what happened to it, but the screen is shattered on the upper half and the sim card slot on the case is collapsing which is making me think this could have been a failed attempt at replacing a screen..?

UPDATE

well i opened up the phone and found this:

and there is not guide how to safely remove this battery yet, so i have actually no clue how to safely remove this battery.

thanks for any help <3

Samsung Galaxy A10e: Phone sat in liquid, is this repairable?

I had lost my phone only to find it sitting in liquid. It had fallen off my chair and into a cleaning solution consisting of water and apple cider vinegar. Dont know for how long. Dont know how immersed for it was not I who found it. Now the screen is unstable in that its like a static screen on a tv in which you try to change the channel or get a better reception. On top of that, it pushes things at random. I have little to no control over what happens once I turn on the screen after entering the passcode(pattern). I took out the sim card. Tried airing it out for a few days. Left it off for a few days. Hasnt worked. Is there a solution, or is this the end?

Samsung Galaxy A10e: Not turning on after water

Hello! I have a Samsung galaxy a-10e here that got drowned in a pool. It dried out, and I took out the boards, scrubbed them in 70% isopropyl alcohol, and dried it using a blow drier. When I plug it in, the flashlight comes on, but nothing else. Anyone know what I can do to fix that? And I should get 99.9 percent right?

edit: I just ordered an ultrasonic cleaner and that’s on the way

Samsung Galaxy A10e: connect the usb cord from the Samsung A10e phone to the computer

Hi, When I connect the usb cord from the Samsung A10e phone to the computer my canon scanning program comes up improperly and tells me there is no scanner connected and please select one. It used to ask me what I would like to do …upload photos, etc. I can’t find the problem. It charges and I have tried the proper data cable without success. I just removed Keis as well and installed Smart Switch which works but does not start when usb is plugged in as it did before. I am perplexed! Any solutions out there?
