I saw on multiple support sites that this phone has NFC, but i cant find the option in the connections section in the settings. Phone is completely up to date and runs android 11.

Either those sites were wrong, or my phone has something wrong with it.

I have a Samsung device (all details below)

It's locked by a company. I reset it and I'm stuck on the start screen.

1. I am trying to burn new firmware on it with the Odin software and several others that I have tried,

I get an error in all of them.

On the Galaxy screen I get a message MDM MODE CAN'T DOWNLOAD

2. Some programs have a step where you have to enter a code - #0#

I tap but it does nothing.

3. In some software, for example VG TOOL 3.6

When I try to give a command

Enable ADB command

The software screen shows:

The Galaxy screen shows:

Unfortunately, factory test stop, will exit

And... nothing happens.
