Hi i accidentally dropped my phone into the river when i was fishing i put it to dry as soon as possible didnt turn it on until the next day it turns on and the screen boots up and everything is normal except that when it gets to the lock screen i touch the screen but nothing happens i cant slide the screen open or anything. Please help

My cell drowned into bucket and i quickly removed it out and dried and cleaned every parts of it...vibration has stopped working properly and so is the problem with wifi network. Wifi isn't working as well.
