Hi! I have a samsung chromebook 4 bluebird running windows 10, thought it says its 32gb its actually 28-29~, so i have been searching drivers for a long time and cant find it, and its my personal laptop so i really need audio, please help!

I don't remember when this happened, but whenever i tilt the screen, it glitches out, and the only way to get this thing to work, is to close and open it over and over again, sometimes I really lose my temper on this thing and just close it and open it agressively, yes I tried turning it off and on, so if anyone can tell me how to get this back working willy nilly, that would be great, Thank you.

I have a samsung chromebook 4 laptop that i bought in march of 2022 and while i was watching something on it it randomly shut off and started blinking a green light. I thought it just powered off so i tried pressing the power button but that didnt work. I panicked and looked online and tried the esc+restart+ power button method but that didnt work either . someone help me is this severe is this permanent will it turn on eventually if i wait. I just turnt 16 i cant do anything that'll cost money. Help.
