Samsung Chromebook 3 XE500C13-K02US: Why does my Chromebook restart randomly?

For some reason when I’m watching a video or playing a game on my Chromebook it restarts out of nowhere. I already powerwashed it but it still does it. But guest mode seems to work even though you can’t download games on guest mode. Can you please tell me the solution? Thank you.

Samsung Chromebook 3 XE500C13-K02US: Left speaker works, but not the right one.

I have been using my Samsung Chromebook 3 (XE501C13) for a little more than a year. Recently, the right speaker has just stopped working. I do not have any knowledge of how this happened, and would like to get this fixed quickly.

Maybe it could have been caused from me dropping it?
