Samsung Chromebook 2: How can I make the hinge for the Chromebook tighter?

The Chromebook's hinge is very loose and the screen keeps falling whenever set to an angle greater than around 100 degrees relative to the keyboard surface. Is there any way I can tighten the hinge to prevent this from happening?

Samsung Chromebook 2: Is the eDP cable 1-lane or 2-lane?

I'm going to replace the display with a higher resolution one, which has the same power signature and connector locations, but the higher resolution also demands a 2-lane eDP connector. I know that the 13.3" Chromebook 2 uses a 2-lane eDP connector since it's 1920x1080. I'm hoping that Samsung used the same connector on both machines to make things easier.

Samsung Chromebook 2: How do I fix broken audio jack?

One day, I go to use my headphones on my Samsung Chromebook 2, but I am greeted with very distorted audio. I tried everything I could to try to fix it. (Wiggle the headphone jack, remove anything in the audio jack port, etc.) After a while I found out the the headphones work perfectly fine when the mic button is pressed on them. I tested another pair of headphones, and the same thing happened. It seems that whenever I use a pair of headphones with three plastic rings on the jack, the sound is very distorted. BUT, when I use headphones with only 2 plastic rings, it works perfectly fine. Any ideas?

(My headphones worked perfectly fine before, so something must have happened to my Chromebook port.)

Samsung Chromebook 2: I am having no luck removing back off the Chromebook 2

I ordered the plastic tool for removing the back off my Chromebook. The instructions on the iFixit page state to remove 9 screws. Mine only has 5 screws which I removed. The tool does not slide into the rim on the back to loosen it. It seems to be stuck in the corners but I don't see any more screws. Also my model number ends in A01US not K01US but it is listed as a Chromebook 2. Help.

Samsung Chromebook 2: Where can I get a replacement headphone jack?

I have a chromebook with a jack broken off inside. On the old models, yiu could pop out the piece from the back after taking off the bottom cover. No such luck on this one, however, the entire jack part is a separate piece. Where can I find that piece? I was hoping ifixit would have it.

Samsung Chromebook 2: How can I repair Broken display for this device?

Model #:XE503C32-K01US

Resolution: 1920 x 1080

I got Samsung Chromebook 2 from Amazon on 09/14/2014.

http://www.amazon.com/Samsung-Chromebook...

I broke the screen, and all functionality except for screen is completely fine.

I've been looking everywhere to find how to fix it.

I'm okay with sending it to a repair place and get it fixed if it's under $100 or fixing it by myself if I had the replacement screen. However, it doesn't seem like replacement screen is not available on any website. laptopscreen.com has a search result, but it only says they don't have a stock. In short story, is there way to fix this?
