I don't remember when this happened, but whenever i tilt the screen, it glitches out, and the only way to get this thing to work, is to close and open it over and over again, sometimes I really lose my temper on this thing and just close it and open it agressively, yes I tried turning it off and on, so if anyone can tell me how to get this back working willy nilly, that would be great, Thank you.

I have a samsung chromebook 4 laptop that i bought in march of 2022 and while i was watching something on it it randomly shut off and started blinking a green light. I thought it just powered off so i tried pressing the power button but that didnt work. I panicked and looked online and tried the esc+restart+ power button method but that didnt work either . someone help me is this severe is this permanent will it turn on eventually if i wait. I just turnt 16 i cant do anything that'll cost money. Help.

so my laptop wont let me download anything to it it says im not signed into google play but i am it also says that my google play isnt connected to my computer , i was wondering if these computers just dont download things my computer type is XE503C12-K01US so i copied what it keep saying and here it is- This Google account is not yet associated with a device. How can I determine what my Chromebook serial number means? The serial should have information about when the device was produced, where it was produced, etc.. I know I can get these questions answered from the Chromebook itself, unfortunately very often I do not have access to the physical device, just the Serial.

Hello, my Chromebook is not turning on. Originally, just the screen wasn’t working. I was able to use a USB-C to HDMI adapter to connect it to a monitor, then tried to do Esc + Refresh + Power, which turned off the Chromebook. Now, the charging LED won’t come on, and the Chromebook won’t turn on. I tried holding the power button for 10-20 seconds, tried pressing the power button and the refresh button for 10-20 seconds, etc.
