When I print anything, it repeats it at the bottom of the page like a shadow of the actual printing?

''I just acquired this samsung laser printer from my dad. He had problems with it in the past jamming when ever he would try to print on label paper. He was about to junk it when I said I would try to get it back to a usable state.

Sure enough, when i got it home and tried printing on REGULAR paper, it jammed, then it jammed again and again.

After opening the front door (to the toners) then closing the door, it would eventually expel the paper without me having to pull it out. Each time I would have to do this to expel the paper, It was never completed printed either. Only half the image would print as it wasn't getting past the toners completely...is my guess..

Is this an easy fix...or should i take it to a repair company?

Please help!

I removed and replaced the Toner waste Bin and now I get an error message to "Replace/Install Toner Waste Bin." How can I clear this error?

The paper gets stuck under Toner , I have to pick it up and get the stuck paper out and as paper is trying to come out, it's making a loud sound

I replaced the toner with new one, not from samsung. I printed two times only and now I have "Install toner" message. I removed, shaked and reinstall many times without success.

Thanks for your reply! Can you be more specific please? What to look for on ebay, or internet (kit, hard reset)? I mean what to write on search? This will help a lot.

Printer is Samsung SCX-4623FW.
